User rights

Lead time

The retention periods of personal data are determined on the basis of the type of personal data collected and the purpose for which they are collected, taking into account the conditions applicable in each case and the need to destroy old data that are no longer used as soon as possible. The personal data collected by Parkyourluggage through the Website will be kept securely for as long as the visitor/user is registered to one of its services or is required for the intended purpose and will be deleted after the termination of the visitor/user’s commercial relationship with Parkyourluggage in any way or if the reasons for processing mentioned herein cease to exist, taking into account any obligations of the latter under the applicable legislation.
