USE OF THE PARTNER SERVICE

In order to register as a partner and use the online service, you must first fill in the interest from which you will find on the site parkyourluggage.com in the “Become a Partner” section and once you have filled in all the necessary details and your application has been approved, registration instructions will be sent to your e-mail to fill in your professional details and accept these terms of use.

Parkyourluggage will not be held responsible in case of false or incorrect information provided by the partners.

As a partner, you undertake to provide space for the Guests’ luggage for as long as they request the reservation, for which they have paid the appropriate fee to the company.

The Company posts on the platform that you offer space to store luggage, which offer is visible to the website “Guests” who request space to store their luggage temporarily and for as long as they request in their booking.

The safekeeping of luggage delivered by Guests, as well as the provision of any Service, are obligations and duties under the sole control and responsibility of the Partners, without any liability to the Company in this respect. All obligations of the Partner for the proper and regular provision of the Services shall be performed to the best of their ability and shall ensure the best possible provision of the Service to the Guest.

The Partner shall determine the availability of space, the amount of Baggage it can store and the timeframe in which he/she will offer to provide the luggage storage. Always according to the availability of space and time that the partner posts and updates the platform, the platform offers the corresponding service.

The Service offered by the platform is the contact through the platform, with all users offering or requesting luggage storage service, as well as the provision of service with online reservations and payment management. The Platform acts as an intermediary in finding storage options for the Visitors’ luggage, and referring them to available spaces of the Partners designated for this service. At the same time, it manages the payments of reservations as well as their availability.

DELIVERY, STORAGE AND RECEIPT OF BAGGAGE

Upon picking up the Guest’s baggage from the Partner, the Partner gives a receipt to the Guest and keeps a copy of it, and the Guest, in turn, shows the Partner the legal proof of reservation, in order to make a correct correlation of each baggage and Guest.

Upon picking up from the Partner, the baggage shall be stored at a cost per day and shall be delivered exclusively to the person who checked the baggage in the first place and bears the legal booking receipt.

AVAILABILITY OF SUITABLE SPACE

The Partner hereby undertakes that the space available for the storage of the Visitor’s luggage is suitable for the provision of this service and for the storage of the number of pieces of luggage it has declared that it can store. It further undertakes that the space shall not be used for the storage or use of flammable materials, materials dangerous for the storage of baggage or materials which may cause the destruction of the Guest’s baggage.

The Partner has taken all necessary measures to ensure that its premises are adequately protected from extreme weather conditions and natural disasters, in order to avoid the risk of destruction of the luggage during its storage in this area.

Finally, it undertakes that the space it will provide will be guarded in such a way that the luggage will remain under its full supervision and custody for as long as it remains on its premises.

PARTNER PAYMENT

The payment is made by the Guest for the reservation of storage space in the company. Further, at the end of each month and upon settlement of the amount paid to the company per reservation in the Partner’s storage space, the company will pay the Partner the agreed percentage of the total payment amount of the reservation.
